Kit in the Corner block from Pieces of the Santa Fe Trail

A Squirrel-spiration that was not on my list took my attention last week, so I am allowing time for it this coming week! Melva Loves Scraps is hosting a Sew Along - Pieces of the Santa Fe Trail - and I finally succumbed to the temptation. You may read more about my inability to resist right here.

My list for this coming week:
1. Sandwich Exploding Heart
2. Sandwich DashAlong quilt
3. Slow stitching at night - Welcome Autumn, RBD quilt, and Christmas project
4. Indian Corn blocks
5. Catch up on Pieces of the Santa Fe Trail blocks

  2. The Dash-Along quilt is so pretty! Looking forward to seeing your Indian Corn blocks, too. I didn't get to a To-Do post this week, and won't for next week, either because we will be out of town. I've just been focusing on my project and post for Kelly's blog hop. Have a productive week, Linda!

    1. Yes churn dash is a weird name for a block, right? There is a story behind it is that it resembles a butter churn - lol!

  7. Hi Linda! Oh, I can easily understand how you succumbed to Melva's SAL!! She weaves a fabulous tale and shares wonderful blocks. Ooh, those fabrics for Kit in the Corner! It won't take you long to catch up. And your Dash Along is just beautiful. I am partial to the churn dash block - how fun! Thank you again for hosting To-Do! It's fun seeing what everyone is working on. ~smile~ Roseanne

  8. Your Dash Along is so pretty. I’m looking forward to seeing an update on the and Ian Corn block. You had a great week and look it’s a squirrel! I’m confessing to succumbing to a squirrel attack too!
